Greg Todd is the co-owner of Renewal Rehabilitation in Wesley Chapel and Hyde Park. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, and received his strength and conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2000. He has over 11 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine. Greg is a board certified orthopedic certified specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Greg has served as the official physical therapist for Saddlebrook Tennis and Golf Resorts for the past 7 years, and works as a consultant for professional tennis players on the ATP and WTA tour. Greg is also an avid runner, and has completed four marathons, four half-marathons, and numerous 5k races. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, Greg is qualified to design specific strength and conditioning programs, which are tailored to an individual’s sport or recreational goals. Greg also serves an exercise consultant for medical based weight loss programs. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Mike Anastasas is the founder and co-owner of Renewal Rehabilitation in Wesley Chapel and Hyde Park. A graduate (B.S.) of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, he went on to receive his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. With over 17 years experience in orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine, Mike has worked with a wide variety of patients from youth levels all the way up to professional athletes. His passion for injury prevention and improving health and fitness led him to develop the Therafit Exercise System which combines aspects of physical therapy and functional training. In 2006 Renewal Rehab and Fitness introduced Therafit group exercise classes to the Tampa Bay community.

Mary Kay Campbell grew up in Columbia, SC. She graduated from Erskine College in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Sports Management. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She enjoys working in orthopedics and treating spine conditions. She played a wide variety of sports and danced for a number of years. In her off time, she enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, and eating all different types of food.
Steven Mah graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors of Science Degree (B.S.) in Exercise and Movement Science and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine. Dr. Mah has been working in sports medicine and orthopedic physical therapy for the past 6 years. Dr. Mah is a Certified Manual Therapist (MTC) through the University of St. Augustine. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and received his Certification in Kinesio Taping through the Kinesio Taping Association. Dr. Mah currently holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is an avid runner participating in marathons, half marathons and 15K’s.

Alda Delatorre began her therapy studies in Vermont where she graduated from the University of Vermont in 1998 with a degree in Physical Therapy. Over the last twelve years, Alda has worked in multiple therapy environments with both children and adults. Alda began her career in neurological Rehabilitation at the Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX where she was part of a research study team that focused on Constraint Induced Therapy for individuals suffering from either hand or arm paralysis following a severe stroke. The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) offered her a position in the outpatient program where she worked in the pediatric and prosthetic training department, until she moved to Tampa, FL in 2003. Orthopedic rehabilitation was her next calling and she worked, alongside Greg Todd, with a variety of patients from pregnant women experiencing pelvic and lower back pain, to professional athletes with sport related issues. During her time away from the field while taking care of her two young boys, Alda became a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, and continues to work at Euro Pilates in Tampa.

Vandla Dalfino is our licensed Massage Therapist. She prides herself in the ability to cater to each client’s individual needs. Vandla has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 27 years. She loves the outdoors and the hot Florida sunshine. She enjoys music and art.

Julie Tellefsen graduated from the University Wisconsin La Crosse with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2007. She was a multi-sport collegiate student- athlete who competed in tennis and indoor track. Julie was awarded Conference Champion and Athlete of the Week all four years in college. In 2009, she received her strength and conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has numerous years of experience as a strength coach and has worked with MLB, NFL, ATP, WTA, and PGA athletes. She has been a part of the Renewal Rehab team for almost three years now and has found her passion. She is currently studying at University of St. Augustine for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her down time, Julie enjoys working out and shopping.
Charles Clevenger was born in Arlington, Texas, and grew up in Rochester Hills, Michigan and Dublin, Ohio. He completed his business degree in management information systems from Miami University in 2004. Charles is currently working toward his doctorate in physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine. He has 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry working as a personal trainer and health fitness instructor. He is currently a health and fitness specialist at renewal rehab, and a personal trainer. His hobbies include strength training, playing soccer, basketball, golf and tennis.

Chris Koger was born in Queens, New York and moved to Tampa in 1992. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a specialization in Exercise Physiology. While at UF he worked for the University Athletic Association editing practice and game film for the Gator football team, and was lucky enough to be part of Urban Meyer’s first National Championship team. After graduating Chris worked at a chiropractic health center in Gainesville for one year before beginning medical school at the University of South Florida. Having some doubts about becoming an M.D. has led him to Renewal Rehabilitation where he is exploring his passion for physical rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness. In his free time Chris enjoys playing basketball, working out, watching sports & movies, listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with his family and friends.
Berta Pizarro is our Hyde Park Clinic Front Office Manager. Berta was born in Puerto Rico and has lived in Tampa her whole life. She has been working in the medical field for 16 years. Berta has worked along side Mike and Greg at Renewal Rehab for the past 6 years. Berta is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is very knowledgeable on insurance plans. Berta will make sure your visit at Renewal Rehab is unforgettable. She can answer any questions or take care of any concerns you may have.Berta has two children and on her off time she loves to cook, read, and go to the beach. She volunteers at her church by cooking for various groups.
Cheryl Lang is our Wesley Chapel Front Office Coordinator. She has been with Renewal Rehab for 4 ½ years. Cheryl has also enjoyed working alongside Greg for the past 9 years and has been in the administrative part of physical therapy for 14 years. She has vast experience with all insurances and you can rely on her for answering any questions or concerns you may have in regards to your therapy treatments. Cheryl has enjoyed a long medical career working alongside many therapists, orthopedic specialists, as well as working at the Veterans Hospital in Tampa. Cheryl is also a certified medical transcriber. In her off time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, reading, walking, sporting events and spending time when she can with her 23-yr old triplet sons.
Amanda Fuller, a New Jersey native, graduated from the University of Tampa in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies with a concentration in Allied Health. Working as a Physical Therapist Aide, she is a recent addition to Renewal Rehab’s South Tampa clinic after having interned there for a semester. She will be attending graduate school at the University of St. Augustine, beginning January 2012, in pursuit of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) degree. Aside from playing soccer since age 7, some of her other hobbies include running, biking, staying active, cooking and going to the beach.
Kim Lewis graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science. She has worked in Orthopedic Physical Therapy as well as Aquatic Rehabilitation for 6 years. Kim has previously managed the Downtown YMCA in Tampa Florida and has experience in VO2 max testing as well as implementing training programs and coaching for competitive athletes. She was a member of the United States Triathlon Team as well as a finisher of the Disney Marathon. Her hobbies include running, mountain biking, and spending time with her three young children.
Carolina Remos, a senior at the University of Tampa, joined Renewal Rehab this summer. She is a double major in Biology and Communications and is currently applying to Physician Assistant school. She has lived in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana, but considers herself a “Florida Girl.” When she’s not working at the office, you can find her working for the Ray’s during home games or teaching anatomy as a Lab Assistant at the University of Tampa.
