We have four specialized programs designed to improve conditioning, performance, proprioception and prevent the (re)occurrence of injury.

3. Stay in the game – Designed for the athlete with an emphasis on overhead sports: baseball, tennis, volleyball.

  • Each program consists of three 4 week phases
    • Phase 1 endurance focus
    • Phase 2 strength focus
    • Phase 3 power focus

Each session includes a pre exercise warm up and cool down to provide a comprehensive workout which addresses all phases of training- flexibility, endurance, core training periodization and specificity.
