Give it your all.
I just truly believe this. I believe that a lot of times, we just don’t bring 100% effort to the majority of things that we do.
“If you work hard and you do your best, you can do anything.” – Erin Heatherton
Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret. You must accept that you might fail; then, if you do your best and still don’t win, at least you can be satisfied that you’ve tried. If you don’t accept failure as a possibility, you don’t set high goals, you don’t branch out, you don’t try – you don’t take the risk.
There is incredible satisfaction when I know that I truly gave it my all. The results are usually in my favor… But I have to be honest with you, when I know that I gave it my all… The results don’t really matter as much to me.
Give your BEST!
In my support group, someone was saying that finishing this program is like training for a marathon, except you don’t get to raise the marathon. But the truth of the matter is, that the training is where the transformation happens… That’s where the character is being built. Tomorrow morning will be an emotional morning for me because it always feels amazing when you start something, and it uses finish what you set out to do. That’s what I live for… That’s where the satisfaction is.
I talked about it this morning during my video blog. Give 100% effort to everything that you do.
